Antoni Gaudí i Cornet (Catalan pronunciation: (25 June 1852 – 10 June 1926) was a Spanish Catalan architect from Reus/Riudoms and the best known practitioner of Catalan Modernism. Gaudí's works reflect an individualized and distinctive style. Most are located in Barcelona, including his magnum opus, the Sagrada Família.
Louis Hellman has for the past four decades drawn cartoons commenting on the world of architecture and planning for The Architects' Journal and Building Design as well as caricaturing famous architects in the style of their buildings for the Architectural Review. His unique method of describing the work of an architect by drawing their head in the style of their building is known the world over.
